Looooove my new bike. Shipping was prompt and easy. No complaints other than there was a fragrances product used on the seat and rain cover and it is lingering! Other than that, I'm delighted.

great peops to deal with, responsive, going out of their way with customer service - I live out of town - love the bike, so does my family, easy to ride, Battery a bit tricky to remove, bike itself is solid, can't wait for spring. would like a quick release on the saddle as we have a variety of hights using the bike. received it in the fall, Riese Müller bike handles well, motor super responsive, gears easy to switch, breaks strong and responsive to medium grip, now the bike is already in hibernation.

I had been researching ebikes for quite a while and had narrowed my choice down to a couple of makes and models. Found Scooteretti in an online search as they carry a wide selection of high end ebikes. Logan was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and helped us confidently chose a bike appropriate to our riding needs. A test ride in the neighborhood sealed the deal! The bikes were in stock, however we opted to have the bikes shipped to our home. They arrived within a couple of days incredibly well packed.
