Bosch ConnectModule Retrofit Kit (Performance CX "Gen 5")

I was interested in fitting the Bosch connect module to my 2025 Haibike Hybe CF9. Checked compatabily with both Haibike and E-Bikeshop. Both confirmed compatibility with the motor on my bike but advised the module would not fit on the motor in its designated place. They advised an alternative position would have to be found in the bike frame and would probably require a longer display cable to connect to the motor although they could not confirm that the BCM kit would work as designed as they had not fitted and tested the kit themselves. E-Bikeshop were able to supply the Bosch connect module kit for my motor and a longer 300mm display cable. The kit arrived within a few days of ordering and I fitted to the bike successfully without having to use the longer display cable. The Bosch connect module works on my bike to lock and protect the bike exactly as intended even though it is not fitted in the correct place on the motor. E-Bike also took back the unused display cable and provided a refund. Very happy with the kit and the support provided by E-Bikeshop.

Bosch connect on 2026 orbea wild m team ltd race motor

Bdu38yy kit used for my 2026 carbon wild with race motor. Altho the supplied mount and module fitted perfectly to the motor the motor case would then not foitand orbea have no plans to release a compatible motor surround......so with a 300mm kiox cable purchased separately I was able to fit the module into the actual frame above the motor and connect the wire and it all looks oem. Unless the motor is removed the module is totally hidden from being seen with the motor cover removed which is more of a stealth fit than how bosch are fitting these to the motor. Module works 100 percent to give peace of mind and ability to locate the bike. Also gave a free 12 month subscription to flow plus.
