Display Case for LEGO® NASA Space Shuttle Discovery (10283)

Arrived damaged - no response for over 2 weeks

I have bought items from wicked brick many times well aware of optimistic delivery dates and well established delays. This item arrived on 17th June over 11 weeks after the initial order (28th March) with the base being broken (see photo). I have contacted for a replacement to be despatched but have not even received an email to even acknowledge receipt of the complaint never mind any information as to when a replacement will be sent out at the time of writing (3rd July). Once again a good product being let down by poor customer service when there is an issue. I will be lucky to receive a replacement by end of July (4 months after the initial order). Additionally I am beginning to suspect you only get 250 wicked brick points if you leave a positive review..none if it’s negative.

After 5 years still boxed took the plunge and spent the money to get the wicked brick case. The rear galaxy decal sets the scene brilliantly for the shuttle and Hubble telescope.

Superb product as always. Packaging has changed from previous purchases and unfortunately arrived damaged in this instance.
