SimpliDock® for iPad® Air 4|5, Pro 11", Air (M2|M3|M4)

Installed two to replace old El land touch panels at one location and in a second location where there was nothing previous. Both installs were a breeze, the cut out was perfect sized for a seamless install. Flushed the wall looks beautiful. You know it’s a win when even the wife likes it 👍

ive already communicated via email but the material was brittle, the clamp brackets were poorly designed and snapped out and lost behind wall, the tension on the clamp required force to turn which contributed to each one snapping out, the last one actually broke the back of the base. The type of plastic this was made from is very cheap. For the cost this should have metal in its construction or a different grade of plastic. The mounting system is very poor quality. My landed cost in Canada after exchange, shipping and taxes was over 500 CAD for one. I need to buy many more solutions for different rooms, this was my tester unit, i wont be purchasing from this brand. Also the response from my email indicated my issues were entirely user error. This is not the expected response from a company that declares they are open to feedback.
