Calabria Pork Store is a Diamond

The reggiano Parm arrives sealed and in great conditon I've tried many brands of parm and now finally found the "right stuff". This cheese is worth evey penny. The soppressata is out of bounds as is the dried sweet sausage. The products arrived in heavy shrink wrapped bags and totally fresh.
