New Stewart Golf Q Follow

Follows well most of the time

I got this two weeks ago and tested it in the yard right away. It followed really well in most situations, mostly having issues on sidewalks as it seems to turn by locking one wheel which isn't the smoothest on concrete. On the course was a different matter. It would start to follow perfectly and then after a short distance (30-50 yards) the wheels would lock up like I had hit the stop button. I had to go back, hit stop and follow again to get it back going. This happened once or twice almost every hole. When I got home, I tried to research whether having a phone and Fitbit on could disrupt the Bluetooth signal, but I could not find anything on the Stewart site. I tried online chat, but I could not get past the automated responses which did not help. It was Friday around 4 p.m. so maybe no one was in. I'll try again today and try the cart one more time tomorrow.

Great Design

I purchased the first Q Follow for my son. He loved it so much I had to buy another one for my daughter-in-law. Now they both are enjoying the golf course much better as they love to walk and play. With the push carts they previously had, they were so tired after 9, they couldn't enjoy the second round as they were too tired. The design is great, but my son feels if the front wheels would swivel, it would be less wear on the drive tires, but I'm sure the engineers tested this option before. Now I'm waiting on my 2 gifts from Bushnell Golf. I think I should get something out of both purchases.

Great unit, not so great service.

Ordered unit functions fantastically best unit I've ever owned. Service not so much. Went two days dealing with an AI before I realized. Finally got a hold of a human being and was given zero feasible options to resolve the color discrepancy. Wanted red, got Ruby. Website needs some work to provide for ordering the proper color. Thoroughly satisfied with the cart minus the color, definitely not satisfied with the resolution options I was provided by customer service.
