The first keyboard I received did not have everything it was supposed to and one of the feet had come off. I emailed customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement that far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely buy from them again.

Excellent keyboard

I've really enjoyed using my 5QS! A few pros and cons: PROS: Solid and heavy. Feels very substantial, especially with the aluminum top panel. Good responsive keys. I am not really a mechanical keyboard aficionado -- I just like good positive key action that you can't get from a membrane -- but the soft tactile Gamma Zulu switches in the keys are a pleasure to type on. The RGB and Q software app are very nice. Although I personally don't use the Q app too much, I appreciate its usefulness. The volume knob is a great feature. I really like having my volume control at my fingertips without having to press function keys. The knob is responsive and accurate, and very easy to use. CONS: Not many! The RGB lighting, even at the highest illumination, is not especially bright, at least for me. It would be great if the maximum brightness could be increased. I'm not too keen on having to press the brightness key 10 times to reach max brightness. A dimmer knob would be much more preferable. It would also be good if I could set the brightness to maximum and keep it there (I freely admit this might be a PEBKAC issue, however -- there may well be a way to do this in the Q software app). The font used on the keys is a little hard to read, especially with darker color LEDs. I like to use dark blue as my default key color, and in a brightly-lit room it can be hard to distinguish keys (I'm not a touch-typist). The flip-down feet on the underside tend to snap back into the flat position if the keyboard is moved or nudged, which can be a little annoying. A more positive lock in the open position would be nice. These are nitpicks, however. Overall, the keyboard is a joy to use, and works very well. It feels quality and looks great. I'm very happy with my purchase!
