vents assembled wrong and customer service is absent

The exhaust fan seems to be running just fine, but here are the problems with my delivery: 1) a cut template was not included, as the video said, but I was able to work around this by making my own (which was easier than holding up the intake vents/frames), 2) I installed the two 10" louvered intake vents with the "Container Modification World" label right side up, but after caulking/sealing I noticed a problem with both: a) on the first louver, the drain holes for water are on the top so the frame was assembled by CMW upside down to the louver mechanism, b) on the second louver the drain holes for water are on the bottom of the frame as they should be but the inside louver mechanism is upside down and doesn't function (louver will not open up like the first louver), 3) tried calling CMW and no one ever answers.
