Products are good, but very expensive

I appreciate the products and their design, but really wish it was a bit lesser in cost.

These guys are service orientated, helped me with the platen problem. This is the second pair I have purchased. They seem to do the trick when it comes to excessive heat issues. Kinda pricey which is why I gave them a 4 star instead of a 5 star.
