Disappointed to excited.

When I first got the belt and buckle I was disappointed since the buckle broke (plastic) the 1st time I used it. I wanted a refund but I was offered a replacement plastic and medal buckle at no charge. When I got the replacements they worked fine. Both the original order and the replacement items were shipped out very quickly. So while I started out disappointed everything ended up great

Don’t waste your money

Belt very thin and flimsy. Buckle is plastic junk.

Great Customer Service

The Customer Service is stellar. I had problems with the products I received and action was taken quickly to correct my concerns. I am happy with the product although there was an issue with the size. They were prompt and rectifying the situation.
