Klearance Knavigate | Advanced Carrier with Internal Frame & Hip Belt

Surprisingly not ergonomic for me but my pet was very comfortable inside of it. Very painful on my neck and shoulders after only a few minutes of wear. I've carried my dog in a different brand carrier throughout his growth and I was so excited to finally afford a famous k9 sport sack but I am very disappointed. This brand is definitely for smaller dogs although I appreciate them creating larger bags to accommodate medium to large breeds but they are just not the right build ergonomically for the human. I bought a different brand on a black Friday sale and not only is it infinitely more comfortable, but it is also easier to get my dog in by myself. Will sadly be returning my pack.

Nice but sizing difficult

I Like the quality and the construction of the Carrier. Sadly the sizing Information online is not as informative as on the product itself. The sizing on the papercard would have helped me to Chose one size bigger. The size fits but really tight. And one thing is a Bit uncomfortable, the shoulderstraps come together very close in a V Form at the neck. So they give pressure on the neckmuscels.

Best customer service! They shipped the wrong size to my son for my new grandpup’s Christmas present. He called and they had the correct one water treated and sent out the next day.
