This lid is problematic. It’s simple to take off the bottom but the button side came apart and I see no way it can go back together and stay together. A simpler, even if less insulated and even if it’s not “spill proof” is preferred for daily use. Let me know if you make one. Also, can this be fixed? I’ve never used this yet. Plus, the I love dad is missing. Thanks

Kids Christmas gift to their dad

I was so disappointed to receive this Mighty Mug I purchased after my grands picked it out for their dad. He was thrilled to open it and see it, but my 13 yr old grandgirl quickly looked at me, confused. It was missing the I :heart:️ Dad she and her brother selected for it. Attached are pictures. Their dad didn’t know until I asked him to send me pictures that it was missing anything. I understand things happen but as you can see, even in the pic for this review, the I :heart:️ Dad is visible. Please verify going forward for other families, that their orders are correct.
