I really appreciate the Juggy team for all they did. The free items because of the difficulties were very kind. The customer service from Juggy is so awesome! But the cup! It's so awesome! I love it. It has some recognizable quotes from the show and related imagery. It's so awesome to display my Supernatural love everywhere I go. I've already gotten compliments! The cup was definitely worth the wait and the challenges we had getting it to me. It's definitely keeping my water nice and cold for a great amount of time and holds a great amount, too. Extremely satisfied!

It’s perfect!!! Minus broken box

I love the cup it’s durable and the design is amazing. I didn’t expect it to look so good honestly. I thought it would be one of those sticker type of designs but it’s not. It’s perfect for every Supernatural fan. The only thing that sucked was my box was broken like if someone poked a hole in it and ripped the top off. So to keep the box I had to tape it 😂

I love the overall look of the mug as I’m a complete Supernatural geek so it’s perfect for me. The only change I’d make is if the top can be made with a wider straw to drink from instead of the flip top because for me this wouldn’t be ideal for drinks I have with fruit in it - it would just be good for liquid drinks only. If it can be offered with an additional top (like many companies include top choices to switch with the cup orders) that would make it a 10 star product!
