899 DMC SQUARE Diamond Painting Beads

My diamond art says 899 but 899 did not match! I have problems matching sent them the brownish color of the diamond no one helped me match the color. The person kinda got very smart with me instead of trying to help me. Email sent 7/19 and no response. I am taking the book I bought for diamond colors and trying to get another person to help me. The great thing is there are other companies besides yours that sale diamonds and help people like me. I have no idea where the person got the canvas of Stitch but the persons attitude with me was not of someone wanting to help a disabled person.
