It was kind of expensive for the size compared to other kits I’ve bought, but I really liked the image. The quality of the canvas though is really good. It’s not as plastic-y feeling and the back feels slightly flocked. The negative part (and why it’s 4-star instead of 5) is the drills were packaged in tiny ziplock type bags. This means that at least for me, they had a lot of static so they were hard to get out of the bags without them jumping all over the place. I always put the pieces into little plastic jars and after that, it wasn’t bad. But I feel like there is less static from the cellophane type packets I’ve received in other kits from other companies. That and the price make this not a 5-star experience. For my purposes, I would much prefer a larger plastic-y feeling canvas for less price, to be honest.

I have done about 15 Diamond Kits in this same size, purchased from 3 other companies before ordering from your company. I really like your canvas and color coordination with the drills. What really bothers me (and I've never had this issue before with any other comany) is that SO MANY of your drills are still connected or stuck together. Each time I pour out a few dozen on the tray, there are at LEAST 3 or 4 chunks of drills that I have to break apart. I have only completed about 25% of the artwork so far, but its quite painful on the fingers to keep trying to seperate these and really adds to the time. Any suggestion for a solution to this would be appreciated. Holly Rose
