Rhodium Element Cube

The rhodium cube is one of my favorites. Rhenium is so rare and expensive that like other rare metals, the cost of an amount that looks good in a vial is prohibitive. Here comes Engineered Labs, with the idea of rhodium-plating a disk. It looks lovely, like the other EL cubes that I own. And as they say, what you're looking at IS rhodium.

Beautiful sample. Now I have one of the most expensive metals.

Initial rhodium disc (in lucite cube) cube had a small defect, and the company quickly replaced it with a beautifully coated disc. They covered the return shipping cost and sent the replacement immediately upon my proof of return. This a great company with friendly representatives.
