Coffee is great!
Coffee is great, but I have used 4 Captiva Calm K cups and my coffee maker did not penetrate the top of the K cup on two of the attempts, never happened on 200plus attempts with other brands. Is there a secret I do not know?

Frustrated
I recently ordered Captiva Calm as well as Sanibel Sunrise. I was happy with the Captiva Calm but frustrated with the generic packaging on the Sanibel Sunrise - There NO LABELING on the K Cups - this was the case on my previous order in the large volume sizes so this time in ordered the smaller boxes with the same result - it is impossible to know what coffee is in the K cup - when we had company visit they did not drink it because they did not know it was Sanibel. Sunrise! I have ordered a lot of coffee in the last year but i seriously doubt I will continue. What is the deal?? What do I have to do to get coffee with an appropriate label?
