Top notch customer service. First holster I received wasn't cut for a red dot sight. Emailed customer service and that day they sent me a prepaid return label and shipped one that was. Been wearing it every day now for a couple weeks and no complaints. Fit and finish is top notch, adjustable retention, nice positive click when you holster the weapon, smooth draw, trigger is completely covered. All around nice holster. Is it the best holster money can buy? I don't know, don't have many to compare it to, but it suits my needs well and I'm using it every day, if it wasn't comfortable or up to the task I wouldn't be. If it were lost or stolen I'd buy the same holster again to replace it. That's a winner in my book. I don't think you can go wrong with Concealment Express. Price is right, quality is there, customer service is great. Kudos to Concealment Express.
