The door arrived extremely well packed and in perfect condition, and faster than I expected. Shipping company worked with us to time the delivery so we could be home to get it received and put inside. Dimensions of the door were a perfect fit for the opening. Installation instructions were confusing and not well written, but the installation went smoothly despite that. The included plastic knob was only good for a temporary installation until we bought a knob that matched our other hardware. I didn't see an option on the color of the hinge hardware - the bright brass is not what I would have chosen, but it is hidden when the door is closed, so not a big deal. Overall very satisfied.

This company is wonderful. I had some last minute changes and they were able to squeeze them in. So great customer service. Their doors are high quality. I was also surprised by the quality packaging they came in. Better experience than my previous online door purchase. I will use these guys again!.
