Always lovely!

Arrived broken. Could have been packed more securely to avoid it. Got a partial refund but they didn't refund shipping cost. So I paid to have a bunch of broken glass shipped to me, evidently. I really like their glassware but this company needs to improve their business processes and practices, especially considering the hefty price point.
