I bought a Tilley T3 from 'The Hat Shop, Salisbury' several weeks ago. When it arrived it was apparent the item was just slightly too large. I followed their advice, returning the item and bought another at the next size down. It was when I was back on their website for the second time I realised I had initially missed an opportunity to appy for a 5% discount as a first time buyer. I emailed the guys regarding my error and they retrospectively added the discount. I was truely amazed. The reduced sized hat arrived fitting really well and I received a refund for the first hat which I had returned. Thank you guys, I'll be sailing with my new T3 Tilley asap. Awesome job, well done to everyone.

Import Tax victim

As a scottish person living in Germany, I was very disappointed to get stung with a 25€ import tax at this end. Also no free returns is complete rubbish. I know it's up to the customer to read the small print, but it would be nice if the online checkout notified the customer before pulling the trigger on the there order. This comment box is not big enough for my thoughts on the brexit and UK government.
