Was looking at Monta for last few years. Really liked the Dive watch at first, but my tastes changed to a smooth fixed bezel watch…so the Noble was perfect for me! Amazing fit and feel. Nothing but high quality and you can tell from the first time wearing. Also keeps perfect time, hardly ever have to adjust the minutes. I am actually down two 2 watching in my normal rotation and keep the one I am not wearing in a single winder.

Punches above it’s price

This is on par, fit and finishing with a black bay 58 I owned, but the bracelet is better. I can’t take it off and it’s +5 spd

MONTA NOBLE: After 2 Weeks Wear

This is a premium-quality, solidly-built sports/dress watch in the style of the Rolex Datejust and Omega Aqua Terra. I love the design and it’s extremely comfortable on-wrist, due to its sapphire case-back and with the weight of the watch head and bracelet being well-balanced. I’ve owned about 25 Rolexes and many Tudors and Omegas and this Monta has the same quality feel you get from these higher-priced pieces. The movement runs within about -4/5 secs/day which is within the tolerance indicated by Monta, and that’s as good as many of my other watches. Servicing this movement will also be cheaper and easier than with many in-house movements. The winding crown operates silky-smooth and this for me, is always a good indicator of construction quality. It would be difficult to cross-thread it. I’ve seen people admire the watch, wondering what it is - although it does go under-the-radar more than watches with more polished surfaces. Overall, it’s a great watch, well designed, very well executed and with top quality build. My impression is that it’s also tough and should be a reliable and accurate time-keeper for many years.
