I ordered an L shaped mat, and it arrived rolled up in a tube. This created waves in the mat that I cannot remove. Company suggested laying out in sun, or hitting with hair dryer. I tried both to no avail. Almost $500 down the drain.

Love the mat!
Very good. There was a delay in shipping, but there are supply chain issues right now. I haven’t yet put on the actual floor it will be used on, as that will be installed in the next week or so, but I love the look and I hope it will protect the new cork floor near the sink, where water dripping is a problem.
