Sage Click Series Fly Reel

yup!! This is a good one

I like this reel a bunch. I've got 100 yards of 20 pound dacron and a Rio Creek 3 weight. Perfect fit. Bein' old school (or just old) I swapped it to right hand crank even though I'm a right hander. That's how my great grandpa taught me and that's how it works best for me. It was an easy change .. trivially easy. Got just enough drag that it doesn't over-spool and "blow up" but light enough drag to save 2 pound tippet .. 1 pound requires a bit o' finesse, but what the heck, it is <1 pound test>. The reel, line, and backing balance well on a 6'6" Sage Dart so it throws like crazy, both respectable distance and great precision in closer where it was really meant to be used. My advice .. buy.
