Sweet reel for the price point. Looks great, quiet drag, and feels good. Only con is drag must be turned many times to tighten drag. Handles 10 lb stripers with ease.

Have not had a chance to use yet. Purchased to go on Scott Centric. Own two other Galvan reels and have been happy with them

The Galvan Workhorse

Solid craftsmanship and functionally awesome. Smooth start up, super tight tolerances, lightweight but bulletproof. Looks absolutely amazing on my T&T Zone.
