Soothing Red Light Therapy Experience

I’ve been using this red light panel consistently for the past four weeks and thoroughly enjoying it. It says that the results are expected to become noticeable with regular use around the eight-week mark. I find the warmth emitted by the light to be incredibly soothing and enjoyable. Will see how it goes after 4 more weeks.

Justquality

This panel is everything I hoped for a good size, width and good quality. Easy-to-use instructions supplied. The only thing I would say is, that it would be great if they offered more information around treatment timings for the different ailments or injuries of the body. Also when I received my panel I thought the NIR lights weren't working as they didn't light up when on. Maybe this should be included in the brochure on how to tell if both light frequencies are working.

Life changer

Well worth the investment. I use this for a multitude of reasons. Most notably I used this after quite an intense few days of training which left me with DOMS..10 mins and I’m feeling so much better. Do yourself a favour and invest in yourself
