I so loved my cup with my pup's photo, so I ordered 2 more, one for my friend's pup and another for her spouse, for her birthday. She adored them and this is the photo she sent me of their prominent place in her cupboard. Two views, one as a pup and one as an adult. Awful customer service! West and willow Customer service has gone significantly down hill. Cutting corners to reduce overhead results in a TERRIBLE user experience. Sadly we will not be purchasing from west and willow again.
