Not our first purchase but an extra special one.. We lost our amazing niece Layla(the beautiful doggy-queen) so we got these for my brother & sister-in-law to commemorate her with her cousin Elle(our beautiful kitty-daughter).. it’s a beautiful and fun way to see her face everyday, and we all love our mugs❤️

Really great customer service! When the mug arrived it had a pretty noticeable scratch on one side. After I sent a picture they very promptly sent me a new one that is PERFECT! I also wasn't expecting to get to approve the design before it was made, so that was a definite plus! I laughed so hard when I first saw it! It's so cute and funny! It's a gift, and I know they're going to love it!
