The company made a mistake when printing the skin, making it unacceptable. From the time I ordered it to the time it arrived, we had changed the color scheme in our kitchen making the colorful plates all wrong, even if they were printed correctly. I contacted the company and explained the situation, including a photo to show how it had been improperly printed. Without hesitation I was offered a different pattern at no additional cost. Now, that's 5-star service!
