Fantastic customer service

I ordered a 4mm capri blue opal and a 4mm lavender opal and received both in a 3mm (which is an easy mix up since I had ordered 3 other colors in the 3mm size) and contacted customer service about what could be done about the mix up, customer service replied same day about sending out the right size. The 3mm are gorgeous but sadly too small for what i purchased them for, I'll be gifting them to a friend but I'm extremely grateful for the speedy correction and reply! Highly recommend purchasing from Tulsa, quality of the jewelry and customer service is fantastic!
