I took over an existing coffee shop with very little knowledge on coffee machines. I did my research and narrowed it down to two companies. Clive coffee answered the phone right away and gave me advice on which machine would work best for my little coffee shop. My Lucca is a little workhorse ! I have The best coffee in town by far! Clive coffee has supported me numerous times with Cleaning and troubleshooting any issues I have come up with! I have told several people this is the only company and machine to go with! Well worth replacing as regular maintenance before it becomes too hard and brittle to remove.
