The Tokyo rig can be used in so many different ways it is one of the most versatile terminal tackle items you can have in your box. They are great rigged with an appropriate sized swimbait, grub or worm and fished on the bottom or up in the water column for suspended fish. I find the #1 perfect for panfish with a small grub.

Just ok

The 3 inch wire isn’t quite long enough. Once you add a weight you lose at least 1/4 inch. Good concept, but I’d rather throw a traditional drop shot.
