Exceeded Expectations

Our last cruise ended with yet another destroyed piece of luggage (wheel, corner, and sides - crushed or snapped off). We traveled extensively over the years, so looks weren't top of the list but usually sealed the deal. High build quality, functional design, durability, and a proven manufacturer track record were key. One willing to stand behind their product (old-school style). We combed through countless Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube hype, but with a little help from a few AI models, we settled on the 2026 Monos Hybrid series in throwback Elemental Blue (Mom would have been proud). The base warranty was "good," but we optioned for the extended warranty. We now have a nearly complete set, including the Hybrid Carry-on, Large Checked, and Large Trunk. The Hybrid Carry-On has seen the most use so far, but we have numerous trips planned that will test the entire set. POSITIVES: Looks, style, and lightweight when compared to full aluminum sets. Wheels roll smoothly on all surfaces. The handle feels solid, and overall durability left the other guys in the dust. NEGATIVE: The price may sting for certain pieces but was at or below the competition. Summary: In this case, the product and the manufacturer exceeded our expectations - no middleman to drive up the cost. Shipping was free. Communication with Monos from Purchase through Delivery was exceptional. We're already looking to add a few more pieces to the set ;-)

Monos only sell quality products. I love the color and especially the interior of the Carry-On. I haven’t traveled yet and can’t wait testing it out.

Quality Products and Fast Service

I bought a carry-on and a large check-in suitcase. Both arrived fast. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon, got an email the next morning that they had shipped and they arrived overnight via FedEx on Tuesday morning even though I used the free shipping. The cases are high quality, so I ordered another carry-on and medium check-in bag for my wife, and they arrived on second day as well, so the fast shipping was not a fluke. Cases are solid and sturdy, and close with latches and not zippers. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
