No-Show Boot Kiltie (False Tongue)

Didn’t know what to expect, but when researching “kilties” I decided that my Tobacco Motowear Mavericks (in amber) needed a set. I’ve had my boots for 3 years, so given regular wear and age, the rose anvil kilties (amber harness) match just fine. I like the added layer protecting the softer tongue from the laces and grommets, plus they seem to distribute the pressure of lacing into the heels more…might just be making that up though. They’re not stiff once laced in, I like the idea that they’re making my favorite boots last longer.

I have 3 pairs of boots all with kilties from RoseAnvil which are all fabulous and compliment my boots.
