You used to put the good insoles included with your new boots. Now you have put cheap foam insoles in, and charge extra to buy the good ones separately. :(

Excellent quality, and completely solved my fit issue.I’ve been wearing Red Back shoes Since 2000. I severely injured my knee as a firefighter in Southern California, after surgery and returning to work, I had great difficulty wearing our issued duty boots. My surgeon prescribed Red Backs as my duty boots and slip ones as station wear. I’ve worn them ever since!
