Classic Black Biker Jacket

I was so excited to get this leather jacket, and when I got it, it looked beautiful. However, the jacket had a small peel (damage). I emailed them, and they responded with a minimal partial refund. I emailed them with my reponse, and I am still waiting to get a proper response.

I emailed the customer service regarding the damage to the jacket (peeling) when I got the jacket and they offered me 20 dollars partial refund, and I disagreed. I emailed them regarding further consideration, and no response.

Beautiful jacket, I am normally a size 12 but with the leather jackets, I tend to go a size up to fit across my hips and chest when I zip it up. The detail is lovely and gives it the jacket the extra finish around the sleeves with the zip detail and I love the way you can wear the colour up or down. The prices are amazing making it affordable for most!
