Beast. Do not buy Fellow ode, DF, or any other trendy grinders. The workflow of this grinder is fantastic and its repairability and continued support from Baratza make it one of the only home grinders that you buy for life. Cup clarity is incredible

Our move up from the Breville Smart grinder. The Vario W+ is amazing. Extremely convenient to have three weight presets and to be able to precisely dial in the grind and amount. We don’t have a home espresso machine, so that isn’t an issue with us, but ever other brew style is exceptionally well supported and convenient. Quite a price tag (for us, anyway) but happy we made the plunge (and no plastic impeller waiting to fail).
