This Coffeemaker Is An Icon For Good Reason

After much research and deliberation, I decided to go with the Technivorm Moccamaster and couldn't be happier with my decision. Don't overthink it, this brand and machine are the gold standard.

Wanting to replace our almost 25 year old Krups coffee maker we decided to buy the Moccaster on a recommendation from a family member. It turned out to be of the highest quality, simple to use and most importantly makes excellent coffee. As a bonus it turns itself off after 45 minutes to avoid having the remaining coffee overcook.

I really like this machine. The only thing I'd maybe change is the device that goes from the water well to the grounds. If it's not exactly perfectly aligned -- and I'm doing this early and pre-coffee, it creates a big mess, which is frustrating. Love the simplicity and the lack of too many buttons though. And it makes great coffee!
