Great Product, Great Customer Service!!

I've been wearing Freestyle watches for over 25 years. The spring bars on my Tide broke the other day (after several years of use). No stores in my area carry spring bars. I went to the Freestyle website and was easily able to order. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size. I called a representative and they were quickly able to locate the correct size for my style of watch and ship them out to me. Excellent customer service and product!
