4 stars only because the new style watchbands are pretty challenging to change. I bought the tool but one end snapped off and the other was ineffective. Ended up having to bend the attached pins to remove them so you'll likely need the provided replacements. If you buy the tool, BE CAREFUL WITH IT. One end is pointy, the other is sharp. Good thing the product is with it. Good value.
