Such a nice power bank plenty of power to charge our phones run lights and a fan for the whole night and still had 40% battery left in the morning. I would recommend!

It would not charge. From research on the internet this is a known problem. I looks like it will take months to get resolved. I would prefer to just get my money back. I have 2 400s and a 150 I’ve been happy with even with the charging port issues the 400s have. I am very unhappy with this situation.
Once I was able to get FedEx to take my package which was way more complicated than it should ever be (it had a battery) it was resolved rather quickly thanks to a guy named Trent. He was very helpful.
