Years ago I read about Aldo and his Long Island shop with great coffee and perfect biscotti. Bakeries nearby just didn’t have the crisp, nutty, not-too-sweet breakfast treat I crave, but Aldo got it just right. I originally tried every variety, but settled on the plain hazelnut as my go-to. It’s just right, wouldn’t change a thing. Absolute heaven to start the day. New owners are keeping the perfect recipe for everything and the website and emails are useful and appreciated.
