Despite the caution that this ring burner would not fit my FELG21C, after consulting with your customer service I was confident that I could make it work easily. It fit fine with the slightest modification and works great. Thank you.

needed just a bit more

Have a Professional model than became pretty thoroughly rusted out after just over three years (just outside of warranty). Called customer service to discuss and wound up buying new reflector, dual burner and heat diffuser panel. Received the parts, went to install, and noticed that screws holding in the original burner were rusted to the point of non-removal. Called and was told that was common and that I needed to order the screw package and special drill bit to drill out the frozen/rusted screws. It was only $5, so no big deal, and shame on me for not trying to remove the original burner before ordering replacement parts, but if it is common for all the screws to rust by the time you need to replace the burner, it would make a lot of sense to either include that with the burner purchase, or at least recommend the separate purchase of the $5 parts package at the time I order the replacement. Hope it arrives before 4th of July!

Replacement works great. Customer service phenomenal. I hope this ring lasts longer.
