Buyer Beware

These candles are not in any way dripless. We had an indoor event space, one that allows open flames as long as candles are dripless, and a space that has never in the last 20 years had issues with “high airflow”. Our candles not only burned at inconsistent rates (some within 2-3 hours of lighting) but they almost all dripped onto our rented tablecloths and floral arrangements. I reached out to Yummi who stated we had a “high airflow environment” based on our photos, and they refused to refund us for our candles. We now have to pay a large fee to clean our rented tablecloths. Just beware: these are NOT a dripless candle experience. I cannot conceive of another environment that has less airflow than our venue space, so I don’t know in what sense these are dripless. I just hope others don’t make the same mistake as me. Yummi will not make it right for you after falsely advertising.
