i will give 5 stars ... ordered 12 vases for a wedding and one came broken. called company and one was immediately shipped to me at no cost..... Even tho the vases were bubble wrapped extremely well , one on the corner did break.... Replacement came couple days later in the mail extremely bubble wrapped and I am one happy mom of the groom. Will definitely order from this company again...
