Works well. Cleans up nicely. All I do is clean with kosher salt and a scrub brush and bingo. Then rub some canola oil or vegetable oil on it and heat in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 400 degrees. Let cool and I am good to go. Saves me time on the grill and any messes that would of occurred on the grill. Made extremely well. Heavy duty cast iron. It will last a lifetime!!!!
