Bayou Brothers Gumbo Starter

Love this Gumbo starter! To give it some heft, I add another cup each of the veggie trilogy of chopped green bell peppers, onions and celery to the mix. Sauteing the veggies before adding the chicken and sausage and finally the gumbo starter.

Like a trip to the Big Easy

Get your Cajun fix and "laissez les bon temps rouler" (let the good times roll!). Delicious! Add the seafood, chicken or sausage of your liking and they'll swear you slaved over your own roux. I hope to keep it on hand for easy, delicious and impressive meals.
