Great starter boots, but...

- bear in mind, they are much more comfy than hire boots because they're not so rigid, which also means a LOT more strain on the ankles - as many videos as many ways to tie them, so it might take some experimenting before you find the right way for you - I have also bought waxed laces which should hold better while tying and cause less friction burn - they're wide enough for average feet, if you have wide feet, you will want to look into ones that might be more expensive but offer more customisation - I'm a UK 8 in most shoes, I went for 8 in these, they fit me perfectly with one pair of padded tall socks (hockey/snowboard/ski - whichever) - more padding and less rigid plastic than hire skates, but they're still a pair of basic skates - get a microfibre cloth to wipe them dry and blade guards, they're cheap and are worth it Apologies for the clickbait title, here's a potato O

First time going to the skate shop , we traveled just over a hour to get there at first the apple maps took us to the "old" shop , where as Google maps then took us to the correct place ,, was very busy weren't enough staff so we waited over half hour to be served , however when we did get served the staff were very helpful and knew what they were talking about with finding us the right skates and very friendly , the shop closed at 5 but the staff didn't seem like they were rushing to get us out and carried on helping us until we were sorted. Apart from the address not being updated and waiting around would highly recommended.
