The staff member was extremely friendly and explained to me in layman terms what needed to happen to bring the second hand skates up to scratch. Skate blades came up really well after sharpening and dealt with problem rust. She provided really useful information for looking after the skates and gaining optimum comfort plus potential issues to watch out for. Her advice was very Helpful and evaluation of the skates I had purchased. Can't thank her enough for being so informative in a way somebody with little skating technical knowledge like myself can understand
