Good flavor and easy to mix

Great flavor. I mix with crushed ice, water and fresh strawberries in my nutrabullet into a milk shake and it's so good. I've tried to make the pudding and it was equally good shake

Delicious snack or dessert

I love this item as a pudding - not so much as a shake as I like my green smoothies :). But this definitely hits the spot and I love that it is low calorie and high protein!
